Shankpushpi is an excellent herb for dealing with nervousness, anxiety, and insomnia, as well as for stress-related digestive problems. In the process, all these three herbs act synergistically to help rejuvenate you, boost your body's immunity, and promote overall wellness.
Kangra Green Tea has especially high concentrations of catechins and polyphenols like EGCG and EGC that act as potent anti-oxidants and help reduce inflammation, aid in weight loss, prevent certain chronic conditions related to heart and brain health, and have strong anti-microbial action.

ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS
Brahmi is one of the most well known Ayurvedic rejuvenative tonics, known for its ability to calm mental unease or turbulence and aid meditation. Brahmi is considered excellent for the brain and nerve tissue as it improves brain function and learning capacity, increased concentration and memory. Importantly, it can help combat stress, nervous exhaustion, tiredness, and depression. This ayurvedic powerhouse is found in various Ayurvedic wellness teas such as our Ayurvedic Boost Tea Blend, Himalayan Keshyam Tea Blend, and the Rakta Shodhana Blend.
Shankpushpi, like Brahmi, is one of the best brain tonics and calming herbs. As a result, it is an excellent herb for dealing with nervousness, anxiety, and insomnia, as well as for stress-related digestive problems. In Ayurveda, shankpushpi is believed to have a downward-moving action, and hence it helps improve digestion and elimination of toxins. With strong cleansing properties, shankpushpi also helps purify the blood and helps clear the skin, especially in cases where stress is at the root of the problem. Shankpushpi finds its place in our Ayurvedic Boost Tea Blend and the The Positive Energy Blend.
Kangra Green Tea
Kangra Green Tea has especially high concentrations of catechins and polyphenols like EGCG and EGC that act as potent anti-oxidants that prevent cellular damage caused by free radicals in our bodies. Though catechins have been found in other plants derivatives such as grapes and pomegranates, those found in tea have proven to be the most effective antioxidants known. Additionally, research suggests that catechins like EGCG may reduce inflammation, aid in weight loss, prevent certain chronic conditions related to heart and brain health, and have strong anti-microbial action.
