Kangra Green Tea

Kangra Green Tea

Kangra Green Tea has especially high concentrations of catechins and polyphenols like EGCG and EGC that act as potent anti-oxidants that prevent cellular damage caused by free radicals in our bodies. Though catechins have been found in other plants derivatives such as grapes and pomegranates, those found in tea have proven to be the most effective antioxidants known. Additionally, research suggests that catechins like EGCG may reduce inflammation, aid in weight loss, prevent certain chronic conditions related to heart and brain health, and have strong anti-microbial action.
