Our Himalayan Rose Green Tea produces fresh ginger, blended carefully with our Kangra green tea. Kangra green tea is one of the best green teas produced in India. Both Rose and green tea are touted for their health benefits. Our Mint Green tea has an invigorating aroma, and is a very easy to drink tea. This intricate herbal tea is layered with citrus notes and musty/ earthy flavor notes, with a slightly pungent, aromatic flavour profile. It is a warming tea, designed to beat the cold and soothe you from the inside.

Green tea itself is rich in powerful anti-oxidants and catechins that protect skin cells, lower LDL (bad) cholesterol, boost metabolism, and enhance working memory. Adding ginger can help relieve nausea and motion sickness, as it helps relieve dizziness. Rose can aid in digestion, reduction of inflammation and enhancement of the body's natural defences. Both elements are believed to be effective in the treatment of arthritis, although evidence is still fairly limited. In addition, popular belief supports the use of either for weight loss.
- Scoop one teaspoon (~2gm) of Rose green tea into the infuser for one cup.
- Pour in freshly boiled water (ideally at 180°F)
- Let it brew for 3-4 min. Stay close to this steep time for optimal flavor.
- Pour through a strainer and savour the aroma and flavor of this classic tea.
- Use again and again, you can steep this tea 2-3 times.
